Went for my usual round of badminton just now.
Feel very tired today actually, didn't sleep well the night before. Was thinking how life will be like in Manchester.
Anyway, I sprained my ankle today during the game. My right foot gave way and I fell on the ground. Luckily I broke the fall with my shoulders... I limped out of the court in grimace. Still feel sore, but can still walk.
Hopefully the swell will go down soon, as I need to walk a lot for my job.
Thought of playing golf tomorrow after dinner at home. I wonder if Eliss is keen as well. The weather is really too hot to do anything too. Just feel like practicing my swing before I return all of them back to the coach.
Could vividly the good old days in Brisbane... Eliss, Esmond and I will go to the Pitch and Putt for I think a meagre $6 or $8 a day? There were 18 holes and took us the whole day to complete it. Can even rent the half set there if we don't have any clubs.
Even got a chance to play at the green with Alvyn and Esmond once. It was really an experience. Cannot imagine playing in a local country club, especially without the cash and the handicap.
I miss tennis so much too! We used to play weekly in uni and then at West End with the usual group of people. Those days were really fun.
Thought of visiting London again. I had a very good impression of that place when I visited in '96. I must go and see the clubbing scene, especially after streaming MOS music on my blog.
Fancy owning a Vertu $38,850 platinum mobile? It come with a competent round the clock concierge at the touch of a button. Simply overshadow the top of the range Nokia 8910i...
Another week to the next month...and we would have reach the half way mark of 2003.
What's your biggest accomplishment so far?
