Woke up at about 11am on Sunday. Cooked some of my fave Nissin CQYD instant noodles with sesame oil...best!
Went to this wedding fair at Suntec to have a look on how the whole thing is done. Waste our time, as Eliss went down specially with me... only 1 bridal boutique is there and they were hard selling their package to us...as expected.
Bought my fave Shin Ramyun at Carrefour! 5 packs for $3.50! Still remember down at Brisbane, we always just a a packet or 2 from Yuen's to share cos it cost about $0.90 each there. Eliss and I will cook a packet of it, plus another packet of normal instant noodles together. We didn't cook it with too much soup so as not dilute the flavour. We even used those big packet of instant noodles without flavourings to save cost. Student life...
To think back, we have done many silly things just to save that bit of money. Some of them are unprintable as you'll probably laugh your head off! I'm sure you've done similar things, ok!
Like we won't buy chicken wings unless we are going to Chinatown area. It cost only $2 per kilo there, where Coles and Woolsworth would easily sell 50% more. And we'll only buy eggs there too, cos the supermarkets sell them for so much more.

3 Things I bet you don't know about KFC founder.
1. Do you know that Colonel Harland Sanders, began franchising his chicken business at the age of 65?
2. Do you know that he was made the Kentucky Colonel in 1935 in recognition of his contributions to the state's cuisine?
3. Do you know that this all began with $105 Social Security check to start this business?
This guy is really something. Who say we are too old to do anything? I miss having KFC at Indoroopilly by the way... drool!
Had a long day today, went to quite a few places for appointment. But at least I closed a deal today! Yipee!
Went for my usual round of badminton, not too bad. At least I didn't dive for any shots today.
