It's been another eventful week.

I bought the Real Madrid training jersey at $45 ($10 cheaper than Queensway), and a matching pair of berms. It's one of those occasions where I don't feel any disonnance, but really a joy and sense of satisfaction. Guess that's retail therapy for you.

Went on to celebrate my grandma's birthday with my folks and other members of the Chong family. Had a buffet dinner at Miramar Hotel. Saw my baby cousins all grown up now. Wow! Time really flies. V is going to University of London to do his Accounting degree at the end of the month, all the best to him! Can visit him next time I go to Liverpool and Manchester.

Will be finally having my convocation! No more changes this time round. It'll be on the 23/9 (Tue) at the Ritz Carlton. I have some more tickets on hand, so if you want to come and take pictures with me, give me a call ya?

Ate at Crystal Jade yesterday with Eliss. It's been a while since we went there, but we kept ordering the same dishes. Must change next time.

Went for Defensive Driving Course conducted by BBDC, organised by my company for all people who drive. Saw some gruesome accidents on the road, especially bike riders. Make me change my mind of riding, better stick to my Honda Civic. Practised some E brakes on their Hondas. Tried on cars with ABS and without ABS. The main difference is that the former does not lock the wheels when we jam brake, and that allow us to swirl and miss the target. Non ABS cars can only go straight even if we turn our wheels all the way. Sound of screeching tyres and smell of burnt rubber conclude the course.

This is the Mazda 323 Astina SP20 that Eliss is always talking about. Powered by a potent, 98kW, high torque, 2.0-litre engine that mates to a silky, quick-shifting five-speed manual or optional four-speed automatic transmission.

Its list of standard features is impressive and includes anti-lock brakes, air conditioning with automatic temperature control, dual front airbags, six-stack CD player, sports seats and an aggressive body kit.

The price? A mere A$29,340.

Will be going to Kuala Lumpur next Thursday night on coach to find Eliss.

She is there for a few days as she will be there for The International Exhibition on Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation Systems (RAHV2003) with her company. I've frankly not been to KL before, only stop overs before going to Genting. So I'm really excited to be there. I can take this chance to visit some friends over there.

I'll finally get to see the tallest buildings in the world. Heard that the shopping centres are huge too, like Mid Valley!
