Very fast, March is knocking on our door. The first quarter of 2004 will be over in a flash. 3 more quaters to 2004!

The Nikon COOLWALKER MSV-01 can hold approximately 10,000 images with its 30GB hard disk. Don't have to bring a laptop along anymore when going for photography expeditions. How cool is that?

I don't know why I love to Marvel comics and cartoons. Especially Spiderman. Maybe it's his constant struggle to balance his normal life iand alta ego. I guess we all have an alta ego too, someone who is the REAL us but we can't let others know due to certain reasons. We have to constantly wear a mask to do the jobs we are assigned. We are afraid to let people know too much of us, because your skills may cause you to be out of job due to political reasons.

LONDON - Thousands of British graduates are taking up courses to be plumbers, gas fitters or car mechanics, because they cannot find work or because these jobs pay far more than their current work which required university degrees.

With 280,000 young people graduating from higher education institutions in Britain last year - over 70 per cent more than a decade ago - a third either cannot find work or have been forced to take part-time jobs, such as hotel receptionists, street research interviewers or supermarket cashiers.

Plumbing has emerged as the most popular 'must-have' job for many graduates, not only the ones out of work, but also others who want a lucrative career change.

A shortage of plumbers in virtually every city and town in Britain means that these tradesmen can earn £2,000 (S$6,380) a week, because there is so much work available to them and because emergency night-time call-out rates often top £130 an hour.

Wow! Does out ITE offers such course? I can go UK after that! With a UK degree, a PSS Licentiateship (LPSS) and plumbing skills... should be no problem, right?!

The rich sure can find ways to burn their cash. A group of tai-tais gambled it away in Genting Highland casinos; a wealthy woman hopped over to Paris for a spot of shopping; a businessman flew to Britain to take in a game of golf.

To squeeze their activities in over a weekend, they sought the fastest, most hassle-free way to get to their destinations and back: They hired business jets and flew in style.

Never mind that it can cost up to US$6,000 (S$10,200) an hour to rent a mid-sized jet like the 15-seater Gulfstream IV-SP. The seriously rich don't bat an eyelid, said air-charter operators here.

But what do you get for this price tag?

For starters, here's what you don't get: all the hassle of security and checking in.

Executive jet travellers have their passport and flight details processed beforehand. They can drive right up to the plane, leave their bags to the crew and just get on board.

No queueing. No boarding announcements. No waiting.

The crew will be waiting for you - with a drink of your choice.

As Bombardier Flexjet's director of business development Ricky Leung puts it: 'Clients can arrive 10 minutes before take-off, or even come late if they want. We'll wait for them.'

If a client has special dietary requirements, charter operators will bend over backwards to make sure he gets it. Caviar and champagne, madam? But of course.

Quirky requests have included takeout from McDonald's, Domino's Pizza and milkshakes.

So, if you can afford it, this is the only way you'll ever want to fly. I wish. Madrid for a soccer match, anyone?

The car that I'm looking at now. After some research, this model seems to be the most value for money in the market right now.

KFC anyone? Of course! Go ahead, support the chicken sellers, man! I want my Originals!
