We are experiencing power failure at Serangoon area. I heard that Hougang is affected too. Thank God that I was using my trusty Toshiba laptop, with batteries on. If not, all my work would be gone like the screen of my TV set.
My neighbours were quite calm about it. They just shone their torches curiously around and lit up their candles. I don't recall this kind of thing happening in this neighbourhood in my 13 years of stay here.
I just hope the power will be up soon as I have not bathe and I don't think I can sleep with no aircon, or even fan blowing in this diabolical weather of 29 degrees celsius at night.
Starhub network is jammed by the way.
Just came back from Hong Kong. Went there over the weekend with Eliss. We also met up with some friends who were there as well. Basically was a time of shopping and feasting. Will post the pics online when I have the time. Took over 200 pics within the 4 days 3 night duration.
Anybody know any car dealers renting out at about $600 a month? If you do, please let me know.
