Wanted to sleep in, but I my eyes were wide opened at 9am. So, might as well wake up for some breakfast.

Went to buy some newspapers from the silver haired ah ma by the staircase. She is very nice and always smile. When I commented that today's papers is extrememly thick, she shared that she nearly sprained her back when she bent down to picked them up.

Poor thing. For this, I'll support her business whenever I can.

I always order economical rice (wondered who started this ridiculous name) at this coffee shop. But after noticing that a lot of people order minced pork noodles, I decided to give it a try. It's really good for $2! I love it because of the full bodied flavours, and also the generous serving of fried fish cakes and pork slices.

How do you know that the noodles is value for money? When you finish the noodles, there is still plenty of ingredients and stuff left. This bowl is one of those.

Have you notice any funny hawker food names at your side? Let me think. Oh yeah, what's up with all the "cook food" on the sign board? Like "Nam Kee Cook Food" or the infamous "Hai Xian Zhu Zhou" (seafood cook porridge) near Golden Horse Awards bridal shop.

I don't recall any sashimi stalls at hawkers what, so what's the need the re assure that the food is cooked?

Don't try to be funny and say raw fish (yu sheng) porridge ar!

Then I start to flip today's papers. While doing that, I recalled the times when Eliss and I did that. We will order half boiled eggs and ice horlicks for me, and ice teh-o for her. The we will each take a section and read, while we shared the food. The feeling is so simple and sweet.

I really miss that.

Someone ask me today whether to study JC or Poly. I don't know because I didn't make it to both of them!

But seriously, why waste time? Just go KL and study there. You can get very generous credit transfers to any Australian Unis. Can get your degree in less than 1.5 yrs there. Study in Malaysia is so much cheaper! Fast and economical.

Today's service was fantastic. The drama really convicted me to reach out and bless those around me.

Let's not hard sell Christianity, please!
