Yesterday as the last of the Food & Hotel Asia exhibition. It is held in Singapore once in 2 years, and this being the 15th time. I was there for the past 4 days, and my legs are still aching now.

This is the Unilever booth. We did a tie up with the Singapore Chef Association this year for the first time. This is also a chef's corner, so we can to say hi to all the international judges and competitors.

We are located at the back of the hall this year, so the highly placed company logo helped many to find us.

Well, me sipping the newly launched Sir Thomas Lipton range of flavoured teas.

As the chefs compete for international recognition, we had a little competition on our own ~ collecting pins.

With every international chefs coming to our booth, we will try to get a pin from them. It was so funny that some girls literally ran out of the booth to greet the chefs, hoping to get a pin of his home country.

Well, all my badges didn't come through this unscrupulous antics. I just ask them to take extra for me.

My most prized souvenir was from the German National Team, they gave me an autographed chef jacket!

That's something that they don't have! So hush hush...

Joe and I having some reds at the end of the day. Well, this is how the Aussies end their day too, right? Must learn to get used to it.
