Eliss will be flying back on Saturday morning. We had a tight schedule every night meeting up with friends for dinner or supper.

The last supper was spent with the cell group. A few of people couldn't make it, so it's their loss because they may not get to see her for the next few years.

Dinner was great, with the famous Ayam Penyak (crushed chicken) recommended by Diana.

The chicken thigh was deep fried to a golden brown, with the meat inside still moist with with natural juices. It was not crushed like bah chor (minced meat) as I thought initially.

The sambal belachan that accompanied was perfect for the chicken. The slight tanginess brought up the flavour of the already sweet meat.

The meal was really satisfying. Thanks guys!
