I have a very scaly back now. And I'm happy because there is less pain there. Looking forward for my brand new skin.

Thanks for the concern for those who had MSN me. I'm ok and will go back to the beach when my skin heals completely.

Scientists at the Stealthy Insect Sensor Project laboratory said they have trained bees to sniff out explosives.

The trained honeybees will stick out their proboscis -- the tube they use to feed on nectar -- when they smell explosives in anything from cars and roadside bombs to belts similar to those used by suicide bombers.

Maybe next time the bees will replace the hush puppies at the airport to sniff out the kaya and homemade sambal belachan (chilli paste).

Ready for a 7% GST in 2007?

Senior Minister (SM) Goh pointed out that the increase is necessary, so that the government can do more for Singapore's lower income group.

I can foresee a mad rush of consumers buying all the big ticket item to "siam" (avoid) the 2% hike.

Menu for tonight was a simple grilled sirloin with black pepper sauce. No starch accompanying to cut down on carbo intake.

Went with Eliss to watch The Prestige. Now I know why Chandler loved it so much.

The plot was full of twist and turn. Director Christopher Nolan himself seemed to be an obsessive lover of the darker side himself. And I love those Victorian aristocratic set costume.

How far will a man go to get what he wants?
