The first week of work has been great. Went through the usual induction program and product familiarisation.
I have been following some technicians out to the field to have a look. Some of the offices in the CBD were just awesome.
People here are great and I can drive home everyday to cook lunch.
No complaints so far.
Just to share with you some interesting Australian findings to you guys back home.
This is a lunch van, which usually goes to industrial area to sell snacks and drinks. They have a special horn that horn in musical notes to let us know they are here.
Prices are exorbitant in my opinion. A small slice of pizza cost $4.
They are also usually operated by young ladies, maybe to attract more customers?
I'm sure you all know what is a highlighter. But what about a seafood highlighter?
Who wants to eat luminous coloured seafood?
The proper term is kani sticks lar. Or seafood flakes. But highlighter?
This is the best. We can't even find Singapore noodles in Singapore. Only in Australia and maybe some ang mo countries.
2 more weeks to eat the real stuff at the hawker centres!
