After a good night rest, and feeling much for refresh, it's time to begin the day with a much anticipated local breakie.

A gastronomical spread of traditional favourites was a great way to begin something of a lot more to come.

Fishball noodles. Egg noodles served with a generous serving of fish balls, fish cakes and tossed in a wicked sambal chili paste.

Cheong Fun. Rice rolls served with sweet sauce, garnished with sesame seeds.

Soft boil eggs. 2 farm fresh eggs dunked in boiling water for 10 mins to get that soft, runny egg yolk and perfect egg whites. Drizzled with dark soy and sprinkling of pepper.

Roti Prata. Indian bread lightly fried on a hot plate, accompanied with curry dip.

Mee Rebus. A Malay favourite of Hokkien mee poured over with a sweet potato based gravy.

I lost count on the number of years I have not been on a bus. I find this ad so amusing, because they seems to be shouting PLEASE. So that's what courtesy is all about?

Didn't realise that IKEA has diversified into mini mart business. Haha.

Babies and more babies to come. We were invited to a baby shower to one of Eliss's poly mates. Check out the little yellow fan that is keeping baby Janelle cool as she slept through in oblivion of the attention around her.

Dinner was some wicked hot potting at Pearl's place.

The star on the table must be the fresh abalone we brought back from Sydney Fish Market. The succulent flesh was sweet and crunchy. Excellent.
