After a hard day's work, Eliss brought me to this lovely restaurant called Shiki, located at The Rocks.

A fine assortment of premium sashimi as was served entree.

I was pampered like a king with sushi rolls and deep fried soft shell crabs.

The piece de resistance must be the wagyu beef slices. The thinly sliced marbled gems are lightly seared on a piece of hot stone.

Eliss will demonstrate how to cook it like a pro.

As the fat melt off the meat, a dollop of miso paste is spread in the middle.

As the meat is cooking in its own fat, a small piece of spring onion is placed in the middle.

Roll the piece off the stone for that tantalising, melt in your mouth piece of wagyu.

Simply divine!

Eliss had a small taste of heaven in that cup of green tea ice cream with red bean.
