Get ready for this, Harry Potter fans. Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore is gay.
J.K. Rowling explained at a book reading in Carnegie Hall, New York City that Dumbledore was smitten with the dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald, whom he defeated long ago in a battle between good and bad wizards. "Falling in love can blind us to an extent," Rowling said of Dumbledore's feelings, adding that Dumbledore was "horribly, terribly let down."
Oh my goodness. Is that what children's books are about these days? Parents already have problem explaining about sex, how are they going to explain about homosexuality?
