I'm sure everyone is very impressed with the grand opening Olympic opening ceremony, especially the voice of the little girl in red.

The shocking news I just heard was that she was actually miming and only put on stage because the real singer was not considered attractive enough.

Lin Miaoke was selected to appear because of her cute appearance, and the real singer Yang Peiyi was not chosen because China wanted to project the "right image" to the world.

Fake TV images used because of pollution

Television images of a key part of the Olympic opening ceremony were pre-recorded and cut into live footage of the spectacular because of poor visibility in the city.

The dramatic giant footprints of fire that appeared to "step" from Tiananmen Square to the northern Beijing Olympic district were pre-prepared.

The moment had been expensively faked by a Crystal Fireworks, who created a computer-generated version of the stepping fireworks.

I'm quite disheartened to hear news like this. I don't know. I thought the Olympics is about sportsmanship, about doing your best in the most honest way?

My Skyline has been kissed at the back and is at the smash repair now.

He hit my car at the back and caused it to hit the one in front of me. The front and back were dented.

I'm super angry with him because he spun a different story to his insurer NRMA, he claimed that the Skyline has already hit the car at the front before he hit my back.

NRMA is only going to repair the back, as the front was not their client fault. What the?!

And now the car in front wants to claim my insurance because my car hit its back.

But it's not my fault! Sian, man.

In the mean time, I'm driving one of these Corolla hatches while they fixed all these up.
