It's been 2 months since I last visited Melbourne.

The skyline turned orange as the sun set.

I'm staying at the city this time, as we have a road show at Telstra Dome the next day.

Ryce and Mel came to pick me up for dinner and we headed to this Japanese place near in the city.

Service was all over the place, we walked past many servers and non of them greeted us or offered to seat us. We went to the cashier and they thought we wanted to foot the bill.

They ordered a huge spread, not to be outdone by the spread we ordered for them when they were down in Sydney a few weeks ago.

I started with a Sapporo Black Label, which was excellent. I'm beginning to be a fan of Japanese beers.

Yukke is one of Mel's faveourite, so you can imagine his delight.

If you are not aware what this is, it's a Japanese style steak tartar.

The sushi sets were pretty good too.

The star of the show is the charcoal bbq. The sound of sizzling meat and seeing it cooked before your eyes is the best experience anyone will love.

Exotic ox tongue has a nice crunchy texture. Ryce hated it, so Mel and I had the honour of finishing everything on the plate.

Scoth fillet was like butter on hot pan when it reached our mouth.

I love seafood, and we actually ordered 2 sets of this combination.

We are so full after this heavy dinner.

Who says Melbourne doesn't have good food?
