4 beef patties, 4 slices of cheese, 2 rashers of bacon, barbecue sauce and two sugared buns.

This burger from Hungry Jack's, has no salad and the calorie content equates to more than half a woman's recommended daily energy intake and almost one-third of a man's.

Experience the power of the Quad Stack Burger. It's not even on the main menu, you have to ask specifically to the counter staff.

Dodgy, eh? Maybe they don't want to kids to have them.

I've been deliberating about having this burger for more than a month.

Such long decision process does not usually happen for me, for other things yes, but not for food.

Just eat and walk it off. Easy!

Associate Professor Jane Scott, from Flinders University's Nutrition and Dietetics department, said burgers like the Quad were often marketed as a challenge.

"Once you've had one of these burgers, all you can really eat for the day is fruit and vegies as you've already reached your daily intake in most of the food groups."

Don't worry, Eliss and I shared the burger.

So that's only half the damage done.

How was it? All I can say is... awesome. It was full of yummy, but sinful stuff. I don't know if it's psychological, but I felt that my vessels chocked up a bit as I devour the meat loaf between the breads.

Remember this ad campaign? Milk never looked sexier.

Now, this is a question we need to ask before eating anything, specifically Got Chinese Milk?

Another Chinese milk product bite the dust in Australia after tests revealed it was tainted with melamine.

Kirin milk tea made in China has been withdrawn from sale here.

The Australian food watchdog has already recalled White Rabbit sweets and Chinese-made Cadbury chocolate eclairs, and Lotte Koala Biscuits have undertaken a precautionary withdrawal.
