Ta-da! The menu for tonight was homemade Swedish Meatballs with and buttered long beans.

We bought 2 big boxes of mince over the weekend, so I figured this is the best way to utilise them before they turn bad in this crazy weather of nearing 40°C.

Not content with regular Köttbullar, I zhng (modified) the traditional recipe and added white wine to the mince and cheese into the filling of each ball.

I pan fried the meat balls in butter to give them better flavours.

The result was hot melted cheese oozing out the core as you sink your teeth into the pork+beef balls of pleasure.

I went to UNSW Info Day few days ago to find out if there is anything I can study to be a better photographer.

The school is huge and beautiful. Very modern looking, unlike the sandstone structures at UQ.

A quick walk around seems to indicate that only the College of Fine Arts (COFA) is offering a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photomedia), something that I was looking for.

I was probably the oldest guy around enquiring about an undergraduate degree.

But after a chat with one of the lecturers, I wasn't as sure anymore. The course emphasised more on the conceptual and aesthetic artistic development, not the technical skills that I was after.

It's a fine arts degree at the end of the day. So I might be better off studying at TAFE.

Nothing much left to watch at the cinema, we bought tickets to Bedtime Stories just for a mindless good laugh.

As we were going in to choose our seats, kids on kick scooters and parents carrying young ones were trying to squeeze in at the same time as well.

Oh yeah, this is a kids' movie, what do you expect?

The movie was ok, your usual child friendly flick. Eliss loved the gumballs falling from the sky scene best.
