We have our sales meeting as a full team in the morning. Another girl joined our team and we can take a family photo now.

Halfway through, my manager surprised me with a mega big cake. He actually remembered even though it was my second week only.

Looks like a good start to a fine working relationship.



Eliss met me up after work to have dinner in the city before the meeting at church.

She had a craving for sushi so we went to her favourite Makoto.



The wagyu beef is to die for. We never fail to order this dish whenever we come here.



Towards the end of the meeting, Sharon appeared out of nowhere and surprised me with her home baked chocolate cake! So sweet of her!



I wasn't expecting this at all. Thank you very much!



I have a feeling this will be a great year. Got a new job, been promoted to a cell leader in church...

Even though it was been tough for the past 4 months, I believe that all these happen for a reason.

God has been really kind to me. I like the song where they sing "what don't me makes me stronger".

I feel really charged up and ready to take on the new responsibilities. I know it's not going to be easy, but when was the last time life was easy?



When we got home, Eliss surprised me with a huge present.

I jokingly mentioned that I should maybe wear something more Aussie since we are PRs now and she went to buy 2 R.M Williams business shirts.

The quality is so good that I feel like throwing away my el cheapos ones bought at DFO.
