Happy Good Friday!

Yesterday was the last day of work for the week and it's 4 days of break after that.

Easter eggs were thrown at us by the big bosses after a big meeting in the conference room. Everyone was laughing or nursing their bump from the impact of the fast flying brightly coloured chocolates.

I wonder how many people really know about the REAL easter story. The closest thing we have in the market that sort of reminded us about the crucifixion are the hot cross buns, and they are not even good enough.

I was chatting with a friend about beliefs the other day. It's so funny because she actually believe that Santa Claus exists somewhere in Finland, but isn't sure if God does.

The power of marketing and the media can really take us away further and further of the truth.

Anyway, I spent the good afternoon in church helping out with the multimedia and lighting for the Easter drama.

The drama talks about Ben-Hur, and how his life changed after meeting someone really special.

It's really good, so do come along if you are free on this Sun. Click here for more details.

Did you watch the CHC's The Final Solution? I watched it online and it was awesome, man!

It was even featured on the Straits Times!

Eliss is coming back on Monday, so that's really good news. Another good news is that I'm having a 2 weeks semester break from TAFE and that means I have a life again!

I want to go for the half price mussels night again at Belgian Beer Cafe! It's been ages!

Happy Good Friday!

If you have not busy on Sunday, come and join us at the Easter Party at 108 Parramatta Road, Camperdown and you could walk away with iPod Shuffles.

There will be drama, food and games. All for free!

Click on the banner for more details.

Anyway, what is Good Friday about? Sure it is a public holiday where we get to eat chocolate eggs and bunnies, but is there anything more to it?

This video is pretty good. Have a look and you'll have a better understanding.

If a Christian is someone who just has a cross on them, this bun is one too, isn't it?

We started the day Portuguese style, heading to Petersham for brunch.

Check out Eliss's blog for more details.

We went to Ashfield to get some Asian groceries for a potluck happening on Sunday.

Now wonder I feel like home around here.
