Played one of my best game of badminton yesterday. Perhaps Eliss was with me, so I had extra motivation to push myself a bit more. Was commeted by a few that I was on my best form. It felt good and won a few games that night.
Perhaps it was the little claps that Eliss made when I scored a point that keeps the adrenaline flowing. After a hard day of work, it feels good to know that there is always someone there to take care and support you. You can safely remove all your masks and let your hair down, not that I have a lot of that! Haha.
Eliss wanted to play badminton so I asked her along. It was hot in there as the ventilation was quite bad at CSC. We just played around for a while and had a few laughs. That's the most important thing.
Been catching up on some gadget and Nike news.
According to Cnet, the impressive Zire 71, which has a colour screen, a built-in camera, MP3 support, and a Secure Digital (SD) expansion slot, is yours all for a reasonable S$548 (US$309). However, should you choose to carry it over Sony's current midrange CLIE offerings? The answer: Yes.
As for Nikes, I still like the classic designs. I've been a Nike fan since Primary 5 and still am right now. Show you some of my all time favourite.
I fell in love with Air Max Plus in '98 when I saw someone wearing it on the streets. But it was not available in Singapore, as it was exclusive to Footlocker. They are the first to feature the tune air technology. But I found them in Brisbane last year. My search was over. I reckon they are the best Nike money can buy, winning Shox hands down!
The Air Rift was initially designed for Kenyan runners, with its unique split toe design. I saw them in '97 but couldn't find them locally too. They are very popular with celebrities too. Found them in Brisbane and bought 2 pairs of these. One of them was left with a friend in Brisbane, which was in black and green. Ah P, please take care of them for me!
Ok, 2 sneakers for now. Will introduce more next time, before you fall asleep reading.
