Cooked myself a bowl of spicy Shin Ramyun. I think I'm getting a MSG overdose. Ate similar stuff yesterday for lunch. Too lazy to go out to buy food, so just cooked whatever is available in the cabinet and fridge.
Went for service yesterday. The whole church was jam packed. God is indeed doing great works.
I reckon the highlight of the night was how Pst Sun share her testimony of one of her worst childhood experiences which left a huge scar. She suffered from depression after that.
In search of real love, she had 42 boyfriends in her teens, but she still found none of what she is seeking.
She also had suicide tendency, inflicting pains on her skin with sharp objects, hoping the pain will drown her inner pains.
Until one day, a friend invited her to to church. Promising that Jesus loves her and can heal all her pain, she just brushed her off. She did not believe in real love. A neighbour whom she trusted so much hurt her at a tender age, 42 boyfriends who claimed to love her left her, who is this Jesus to say that He loves her?
She thought, since she is going to die anyway soon why not give this Jesus a chance. She followed her to church.
That night, she invited Jesus to be her Lord and Saviour. She has felt the purest form of love, love without pressure, just Fatherly love.
If not for Him, she will have not been where she is today.
I think this is an awesome testimony. Please share this with your unsaved friends.
