Yes, on leave today. Woke up at 11am plus. Can't believe it's so late, because the sky was so cloudy...

Anyway, had our D&D last night at Sheraton Towers. It was Las Vegas themed.

We did a skit on God of Gambler. It was pretty last minute. We had 2 real rehersals and went on stage. I remembered telling C that if we can win, we are natural born actors.

So we did our stuff on stage, acting silly and all. I don a trenchcoat belonging to my manager. We basically made a fool of ourselves for the sake of entertainment. We did our best.

The rest of the competitors wore Can Can costumes, one came as a drag queen, one team did a Mambo No. 5, and one did a Las Vegas wedding.

When the result was announced, our team was not mentioned... which was good. Because there are 4 prizes and we have only 4 teams up the stage.

When it was down to the last 2, we held our breath...

We won! A cheque of $500! Wow, it's going to be another makan feast.

Lucky draw, with a grand prize of $3888 cash at stake, kept us at the edge of our seats till the very end of the event at 12am.

C won, from our division! The 2nd prize winner of last year was from our division too. Looks like we are the blessed one. He chipped in another $300 to our makan fund. Looks like we have a few big feasts coming up next year.

Don't you think the 2004 Honda Civic is a stunner? At $81,500, it doesn't come cheap.
