Will be going to East Coast to rollerblade again on Sat. I think it beats shopping anytime.
Has been a long week, Secretary's Week is next week, so busy with sponsorship issues with the hotels.
Will be there on the 20/4-23/4 for the Food Hotel Asia next week. Hear it's a very big event, so quite excited to see what the buzz is about. Have always heard about this, but no chance to go.
Will also be involved with the World Gourmet Summit (WGS) too. It has provided leading chefs/restaurant owners of the world a meeting place to share new trends in enhancing the dining experience. It has also given consumers a chance to sample the finest culinary creations from around the world in one city.
Founded in Paris in 1895, today the presence of Le Cordon Bleu encompasses 22 international schools in 12 countries, attended by more than 12000 students every year. The origin of the expression “Cordon Bleu” comes from the 1578 foundation of the Order of Knights of the Holy Spirit. The members of the order wore a medal suspended on a blue ribbon and their spectacular feasts became legendary. The expression “Cordon Bleu” was then later applied to mean an outstanding Chef.
Wouldn't it be fantastic to be trained in such a school?
So many things to learn, so little time. Maybe can attend the Sydney campus.
