Welcome to shopping paradise! The girls were treated with a full day retail therapy session, like a detox of sorts to their wallets (getting rid all the excess greenbacks for a brand new wardrobe). I can see the smiles on Calvin (Klein), Tommy (Hilfiger), and Donna (Karan).

I boycott Tommy because he made some racist remarks against the Asians in the past, still can't forgive him. :(

Even the sweet toothed doggies get special treatment! White-chocolate tipped doggie bones for those special moments. A dog's life indeed!

Home sweet home! Sneaker steals from under US$30! God bless USA!

The King Kong in me went berserk at the sight of this land of tropical fruit! I knew of this brand back in Sec 4, but this is the first time I've actually seen the stuff. Slightly more upmarket than Gap, I reckon.

After detox, it's time to fill up the gap. Dinner was served a cosy restaurant named the Cheesecake Factory. I was expecting pungent air, like the cheese factories in Europe. Well, we were welcome with aroma of charbroiled steak and sweet desserts.

Appetising salmon in spring roll wraps, anyone? Did I mention that the sauce was great too, slightly spicy, with a hint of citrus. Awesome!

Nachos with melted cheese and guacamole (avocado sauce). Need I say more?

Prime-cut sirloin, crusty on the outside, pink on the inside. Served with onion rings and chips. I wished they served steaks like this back home.

All this seems so unreal... how much did I spend today?
