Guess where I went today? I went fishing!
Arrived at Clifton Gardens at Mosman around 8am in the morning. The scenery was so beautiful and serene.
The weather was a little too windy and chilly for me at 13C.

It was nice and sunny. A nice walk down the catwalk to the end of the jetty.

We caught a snapper, but it was too small and had to let it go back into the waters. The legal size must be at least at 30cm.

We caught a total of 2 trevallies that morning and lost 3 along the way. Well, that's fishing.

There was a park at the other end and there were a lot of Rainbow Lorikeet roosting on the trees, and they were very noisy. They were having a buffet of pollen, nectar and blossoms. Good thing I had my hood on underneath the tree.

The bird flew away when I got too close.

I don't know what tree were the birds on, but the red petals were really pretty.

Spent the rest of the day resting and watching Crash dvd.
The movie was about a racially and economically diverse group of people pursue lives that collide with one another in unexpected ways within 36 hours in LA. These interactions are always interesting, and sometimes quite unsettling. The film explores and challenges your ability to judge books by their covers.
Really good film, I must say. Very unpretentious, and thought provoking.
We had another trevally for dinner, and it was so good!
