It is confirmed. I'll be leaving on a jet plane this coming Saturday morning at 10.30am via Gulf Air. I heard it's a pretty good airline.

This will be my last week with Unilever, where I've been working for the past 3 years.

I only bought a one way ticket, so I'm not sure when I'm coming back again.

Will be reunited with Eliss finally, after 6 months of being apart. I miss you, dear!

This is something that we have always wanted to do, to work and live overseas. It's great that we are living out the life we want it to be.

To be global citizens. That's our dream.

Since this news was released, I've not been eating dinner at home.

Thank you guys for organising for the farewell dinners for me. More to attend this week.

Uni project mates, turned good buddies. Chandler, Larry and Sita came to my place just now for another farewell dinner. We had great food, with the air con on full blast and nice chill out music from the Bose sound system. The most important thing here is still the great company.

Chandler got all the great stuff from a famous tze char stall. There were san lou horfun (fried horfun with fish slices and beansprouts), stir fried greens with garlic, deep fried pork ribs with sweet and sour sauce, toufu with seasonal vegetables and seafood fried rice. Fantastic stuff! Thanks, mate!

Hoegaarden was excellent to wash all the local delicacies down. Sita just sank into the couch and became part of the furniture.

It was great catching up with the guys. I hope you all will come Sydney soon and we can have pot luck! Mai tu liao (why wait)!

The past week has been hectic. Got to sell my Honda Civic and to get the flat rented out.

The car will be handed over to the new owner this coming Thursday. Who wants to give me a lift?

The flat will be taken over by the tenant on Sunday.

Everything is happening as planned. Phew! So many things accomplished at such a short time.

Whoever say no time to do this and that are just plain excuses!
