No, this is not a Christian theme show.
Each episode involves celebrities walking through a door into an unknown and interesting situation, greeted by the line "Thank God you're here". They must then improvise their way through the scene. At the end of each episode a winner is announced.
I'm not a huge fan of Australian television production (maybe except Rove Live), but this is really good.

Today was the season finale, what a pity.

You know, I can't help to wonder if we do a show like this in Singapore. I reckon it will be disastrous.
Aussies can really talk crap for hours, and some are "smart crap". Singaporean artists... cannot lar. Period.

Every other variety show is Singapore is dedicated to food, mostly hawker food. You know, I've been here for the past 3.5 months I haven't come across a program purely dedicated to find places to eat.
And mind you, Australian food here is SO much better than Singapore. It will take us ages to cover all the good makan (eating) places, just in Sydney. Not to mention the whole country.
The people here are gourmet! They will order the full 3 course meals, accompanied with wine. Whereas Singaporeans usually just go for the mains.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Singaporeans are cheap skate.
Rove talks to Sesame Street's Elmo - ROVE LIVE
I just hope that the producers back home can improve on quality of local productions. Take a cue from Rove Live.
