
He amazed us with his DIY barbie assemble. 2 milk crates, 2 disposable aluminum trays, some hot beads and a piece of grill from the oven. Voila, barbie at the balcony!

Juicy T-bone steak.

1kg of chicken wings marinated with Lee Kum Kee charsiew sauce.

Frenched lamb cutlets seasoned with grape sauce from the Hunter Valley.

As the meat were placed on the grill, we could hear te sizzling sound of the fat dripping into the heat beads, and smell the smoky aroma of grilling meat. Tantalizing indeed.

Shiok! Shiok! Shiok!

We had great food, and shared out hearts out. It was a wonderful evening.
