Due to overwhelming response, we decided to organise another balcony barbie today.
After the bad experience with the Heat Beads dying all the time, we applied direct heat to those solid fuel from the stove this time round. It was a brilliant idea.
Max was so proud of his achievement.
We started the fire in minutes this time, unlike the 1.5hrs last week. The beautiful fire resulted in perfectly grilled chicken wings with crispy skin. Check out those grill marks!
We all had a difficult time finishing all the meat, and had to down them with beer. It was all good.
After that, we all just lazed on the couch and star gaze at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Award on the telly.
