Eliss treated me to a nice homemade tiramisu gelato from a small shop at Camperdown. The owner was Italian and even promised to teach me how to make some day. That will be so cool, eh?
Yo Jake! Happy birthday ar! I wish you all the best for your thesis, and for becoming a Doc by this year. And maybe can also keep a lookout for some damsel in distress too. But don't send a robot you built to save her please.
Ann is going back to Thailand for good. So we thought of treating her to a nice dinner of ma la (spicy) steamboat at our place.
We didn't have beef today as she doesn't like it. We had pork, chicken, lamb, fish, calamari, prawns, baby corn, mushroom and devon ham.
Eliss even concocted a sesame seed oil based spicy sauce which was so good as a dip.
She will be going back to her coconut plantation. Yup, her mum owns a huge one and we hope to visit her someday. She even thought of buying a monkey as a pet!
It was a "sob sob, please don't go, we will miss you" parting shot.
