I hate working at my place on weekends.

But the Mystery Shopper thingy is different, which I went straight after work.

Armed with a wallet of cash, I was quite disappointed by the service that I got from the major international retailer that I'm supposed to assess.

Out of the 3 shops that I went in, non of them came up to greet me. I even walked in front of them several times, but failed to catch their attention.

Maybe my pink Ed Hardy tshirt is not bright, and snobbish enough.

One of the sales associate (SA)even forgotten about me when she started to play with another customer's baby. She just carried the baby and went,

"So cute, so cute!"

What the? She just walked off while showing me some sunglasses.

Anyway, I HAVE to buy from that department so that I can assess the checkout process. If not, I would have walk off. Very bad service.

Then I went to the children wear department. The SA was slightly better but she lacked confidence.

She was suggesting me to buy a baby girl dress which was on specials. When I told her that I would be very unhappy if I find the product cheaper at another place, she freaked out and ask me whether do I still want to buy it.

Sheesh. The staff service standards are very far away from what their company expect of them.

Ever wonder why the petrol prices remained sky high even when crude oil price drop?

If not, how can ExxonMobil and Shell report a net profit of $US39.5 billion and US25.4 billion each?

By making $US180 million a day between them, drivers like us are digging deep into our pockets to feed these selfish buggers.

The government can do nothing to stop them. So if you want to save on petrol, ride a bicycle, lor.
