Happy Valentine's Day!

Today was a rough day, as we spent almost 10hrs on the road to our destination.

I thought these 2 dogs looked so full of character. They were on a pickup beside us and we pumped petrol.

The term "moving house" had been redifined by this situation.

We were all asked to pull over by the sides, to let this big trailer, with a WHOLE house behind to go through.

My mouth dropped when I saw this. The owner must be too lazy to pack all his furniture and just move all at one go.

NZ is really incredible, man. Seeing something new everyday.

Check out this beautiful waterfall at Haast, named after the German geologist, Sir Julius von Haast.

We had reached our halfway point after conquering many mountainous roads. Time for lunch.

The whole of Haast Township was so small, we finished combing the area in 10mins.

We finally arrived at Franz Josef, at around 6pm. We had been driving since 10am. This was the longest drive we ever had.

When parked our campervan at the holiday park, we were surrounded by bikers. They were apparantly riding across the whole of South Island to help raise funds for charities.

Steady, sia.

Eliss coaxed me into doing this video. I hope you guys like it was this was my first attempt.
