Eliss insisted that I have to bring her to this place when we were back in Sydney.

Located within the Pan Pacific Hotel, the restaurant looked very inviting indeed.

We ordered the buffet and was spoilt for choice.

The food was better than expected.

At the end of the meal, the waiter came up to us with a chest of herbs and spices.

A small amount of everything was placed in my palm.

Close up shot of the content.

The cocktail of exotic spices was then popped into the mouth and chewed. The flavour was really interesting, really sweet and a very spicy after taste. This was supposed to be a mouth refresher.

On the way to the Esplanade, I can't help but notice the gigantic bicycle spokes aka Singapore Flyer reaching up into the sky.

VivoCity is larger than Suntec City and Ngee Ann City, the former of which was the largest prior to VivoCity's opening.

My feeling is that the place reminded me of KLCC shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur.

The Sky Park is a popular site for children to get wet, even though there are warning signs that indicated the management will not give a damn with anyone got injured in there.

Sentosa was just a stone throw away. I heard that the island is very different now, and it's worth the visit, even for locals.

Huge crowd of 12 came along tonight to enjoy a nice dinner with us. Thanks!

Kok Lok Mee. The noodles were very "Q" and the lard from the sauce gave this main dish a very distinctive aroma. Simply delicious.

Luo Han drink, a sweet cooling concoction to rehydrate the body.

A mood shot of the birthday girl, Janine. She turns 1 today!

Who is cuter?

A blissful shot of the beautiful family. Everyone say "aww..."

She looks very happy with her new car. Who wouldn't be?
