We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary today.

Wow, it's been a year exactly since I came here. I could still remember the amount of things I had to sort out before leaving Singapore to come here, so that I could spend our first wedding anniversary together.

Yeah, and I bought her flowers this year. Something that she deserved long time ago.

We chose the Summit Restaurant this time.

Located on the 47th floor of Australia Square, we were not only treated with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, but also beautiful modern Australian food from the kitchen of chef Michael Moore.

The food is visually appealing without being fussy, the service a Sydney rarity, slick and informed without any stiffness, and the flavours clean and harmonious.

Mozzarella di Bufala (Naples) garnished with peppers piedmontese, prosciutto crudo, almond brittle, new season olives and pencil bread.

Shellfish "Tortelli" of blueswimmer crab, Kinawooka mussels, seared scallops, crab and corn bisque and green peas.

Grilled Aged Beef Fillet with fire roasted onion confit, foie gras brioche, caramelised carrots, watercress and shiraz jus.

It was really nice that we get to sit down and enjoy food together. She just had a mad week, so it's good that she can relax now.

Looking forward for the many more anniversaries celebration to come.

I love you, dear.
