It's my first time to Paddy's at Flemington. When I was selling cars, I will zoom past this place, without taking a second glance inside.

This place is much larger than the one at Chinatown. And a lot more spacious to walk as well.

Things are cheap too. I bought 2 bunches of baby bak choy for a $1.

I also bought a kilo of mussels for $7 and a kilo of baby octopus for $5.

We are ripped off big time by Coles and Woolies, I tell you.

They sell all sorts of things here. Including pet chicken. Yes, the ones for eating are all de feathered and lying in the fridge.

This sale is really the sale of sales, man. I wonder how much margin is there to make for a $0.50 item.

I got a shock when I saw the signboard of this butchery.

Don't you think it's identical to Woolies? Of course on closer look, you'll realise that the colour scheme is opposite.

We went to Shiki for an awesome dinner again. We ordered Wagyu beef again, just that this time round it's for sukiyaki, instead cooking on hot stones.

Wagyu (和牛) refers to several breeds of cattle genetically predisposed to intense marbling and to producing a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat.

Because of the Wagyu cattle's genetic predisposition and special diet including beer and sake, it contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than typical beef.

The increased marbling also improves the ratio of monounsaturated fats to saturated fats. The marbling also gives a very distinctive sweet taste that cannot be found in other type of beef.

The beef is so tender it melts in your mouth.
