Having live at Mascot for almost 2 years, we have not been shopping at the factory outlets around the Alexandria and Rosebery area.
So we just drove around today and saw this beauty.

I grilled some chicken pieces, marinated with peri peri sauce for our lunch today. To make the sauce, I deglaze with a bit of chardonnay to add more flavour.
The tender piece of chicken thigh was simply divine with just the right the spice and acidity.
