We took the initiative to go reccee the place and found a gem.

We are inside Hurstville Chinese Restaurant and can't help but notice this plate of crab on another diner's table.
So we ordered a similar one, and it didnt disappoint at all.

Succulent snow crab cooked in a white, buttery sauce, flavoured with pepper.
The creamy sauce was perfect for the sweet flesh, was was divine with the fried buns that we used to dip in it.
Excellent comfort food.
Hey Jake, we don't have to fly back to Singapore for awesome crab too.
