It was nice to be back in Brisbane again. The last time at the Sunshine State was 5 months ago with Eliss to celebrate Valentine's Day.
Weather was nice and warm, a refreshing change to chilly Sydney.
After driving all over the place for the whole day, it was really good to be back at the hotel.
Well, it's a service apartment technically. I managed to get a free upgrade as the one bedrooms were all occupied. Not a bad deal at all.
The bedroom was really good, except for the mirror beside the bed.
I don't like to be shocked by my own reflection if I woke up at night or something.
It even had a large balcony with furniture for some homemade bbq.
This is the view of the CBD from all the way up.
For dinner, Izaeel and Ranger came to pick me up for dinner.
They brought me to one of my favourite fish and chip shops during uni days at Rosalie.
They Izaeel's name wrongly, made her sound like a Malay.
At least they got the reservation right.
We feasted on the seafood platter and caught up with our good old days as students.
For dessert, we drove up to Milton to the famous La Dolce Vita for their famous cake and that Ferrari always at the driveway.
