Hey Jake, as you slog it out with your robot creation, maybe you can get some inspiration from Le Trung, creator of Aiko the female android.

Aiko is made of silicon and electronics, is able to recognise faces and objects, interact with people using knowledge of more than 13,000 phrases in English and Japanese and tell people whether to take an umbrella if it's raining.

My favourite part was when the inventor tried to grab her.

"I do not like it when you touch my breasts," Aiko says, while swatting Trung away with her right arm.

While Eliss was burying herself in the Twilight series, I was "crunching" on Ultraman Mebius (ウルトラマンメビウス).

I couldn't believe that the Ultraman I watched as a kid is was first released 40 years ago.

I used to imitate Shin Hayata pressing the Beta Capsule to become Ultraman. I've got so many action figures of different Ultraman and the monsters. They should all be in a box somwhere in the storeroom.

I've also been training really hard for my tournament with Liverpool. The game play is a bit different with the remote and nunchuck. I got to shake to shoot and there are only 3 buttons to control the moves, instead of 6 from PS One.

Besides crunching and gaming, I'm also starting on Gossip Girl.

A chick flick for sure, this television teen drama was inspired by the popular novel series of the same name, written by Cecily von Ziegesar.

The show revolves around the lives of socialite teenagers growing up on New York City's Upper East Side who attend elite academic institutions while dealing with drugs, jealousy, and other teenager issues.

The series first aired on September 19, 2007 on CW in the US.

I don't know, but I find the show pretty entertaining! Go watch it!

We caught Twilight the movie in the evening. I know Eliss has been basically totally immerse herself at Fork where the young lovers met and started a forbidden love story.

Well, at least I know what she's been reading for the past week. And this is also a good chance to spend some time together with her doing what she like.

You can find out more from Eliss's blog.

For my Singaporean friends who are still looking for a Christmas present, I got lobang to get the iPhone 3G, legally unlocked of course for slightly less that SGD900 for the 8GB and $100 more for the 16GB one.

Let me know if you are interested.
