My first attempt of doing the traditional turkey. The reception was pretty positive. Thank God.
It was kinda scary because the bird still looked very pink after an hour in the hour. So I turned up the temperature and charred the some of the skin accidentally.
In the end, most of it was edible and the rest had to be chucked back to grill for a bit more.

Look at how moist the meat is finally. Eliss made some delicious gravy to pour over it.

The girls also got some oven roasted Christmas ham to share.

Joyce flew all the way down to volunteer to be our maid tonight. No lah, she is actually a guest from Singapore but she is so helpful.
She is so good at impersonating Indian and Malaysian accent that will fool anyone on the phone.

Garden salad with heaps of cherry tomatoes personally handpicked by Jac.

The sweet and creamy tiger prawns bought last night at SFM.

Happy family posing before tucking in.

We spent the rest of the evening sweating it out on Wii. My arms are still aching now from the strenuous exercise.

We were couch Olympians for the night, laughing at each other silly expressions and actions.
It was a great night. Thanks for having us over at your place! Merry Christmas!
