We went to pick up with Liewma in the morning to show her around at the Fish Market.
She wasn't really impressed with Australian seafood, so we had to think of something else to impress her.
We went to Petersham and introduced her to the famous Portuguese BBQ Chicken place.
The clams cooked in white wine sauce is extrememly flavoursome with a squeeze of lemon juice.
The crispy chicken is cooked to perfection over the red charcoal. Drizzled with spicy peri peri sauce, Nando's is nowhere close to their standard.
For dinner, we went to Strathfield for some Korean.
The waiter who served us hardly knew any English. According to the lady boss, he just arrived from Korea about a week ago.
He tried to take our order, but couldn't understand what we wanted. Frustrated, Eliss used her finger and point to the number.
In the end, they still serve the wrong order. Sigh.
Anyway, Mardi Gras is on today. Having been going there for the last 2 years, I decide to skip this year's.
I don't want to fight with the other 400,000 people who are the event to see the parade. Eliss didn't have the best experience from last year's anyway.
