Mariah Carey crooned there is a Hero in everyone of us. We found one with Tan as the surname who dealt with hot pot.

The choice of sauces was endless, so we just chose the 3 most popular to dunk those meat chunks. Yum!

Eliss and I quite thrilled with the food, bit not the English retro music playing in the background. This is not Zouk on a Tuesday, thank you very much! And you are a steamboat restaurant!

Chun, Yen and Eliss standing by to tuck in. We were all so hungry.
After dinner, our sweet tooth led us to the Max Brenner Chocolate Bar in at Paddington.

Max Brenner was established in Israel in 1996 and his main idea was to design a new chocolate culture.
It was my first visit to this place, and it was errr... sweet!
They also have a shop dealing with premium milk chocolate contains at least 30% cocoa, with dark chocolate containing 50 to 75% depending on the desired ratio of bitter and sweet flavours. Wicked!
I liked their white chocolate suckao, which was nice and warm for the chilly evening. And the coconut crusted decaoence. Heaven on earth, I tell you.
Oh, I heard the service at the Singaporean outlet at Esplanade Mall is really bad. The one is Sydney was pretty good. I reckon Singaporean service staff ought to learn a thing or two from the Aussies. You feel so comfortable here with the warm and friendly service.
